Woodworking machinery

Single machines or a complete line laid out for your floor plan, your power supply and your output target. We specify it, buy it, have it tested before it ships, and deliver it.

Cut ends of stacked softwood logs

Chinese woodworking plant covers a very wide quality range, and the gap between a machine that runs for ten years and one that runs for two is not visible in a catalogue photograph.

We buy from production partners whose machines we have installed before and whose factories we can inspect. Control gear is Siemens, Omron or Delta; bearings are NSK. Where a build uses cheaper components we tell you before you order, not after.

Six equipment groups

What we supply.

The groups below cover what we stock specifications for. Anything not listed — a different width, a different feed rate, a machine built around an existing line — is quoted to order.

  1. 01
    High-frequency plywood bending press

    Pressing & laminating

For curved plywood, panel glue-up and mass timber. High-frequency presses cure the glue line from the inside, so a bent lamination comes out in minutes rather than hours.

    • High-frequency plywood bending presses — 2D, 3D and vertical
    • Edge-glued panel presses
    • Hot presses, single- and multi-layer
    • Glulam and CLT presses
    • Door and drawer assembly presses
  2. 02
    Wide-belt sanding machine

    Material processing

Breaking down, dimensioning and finishing stock. The everyday machines a shop runs every shift, where build quality shows up as tolerance drift over a year.

    • Jointers, planers and thicknessers
    • Four-side moulders
    • Wide-belt sanders, planer-sanders, lacquer sanders
    • Cross-cut, rip and band saws
    • Panel saws
  3. 03
CNC router with a vacuum bed

    CNC machining

Routing, nesting, cutting and engraving. Specified around the sheet sizes you actually run and the software your operators already know.

    • CNC routers
    • Machining centres
    • Laser cutters
    • Engravers
  4. 04
High-frequency vacuum wood dryer with loading track

    Vacuum drying

Vacuum kilns dry thick hardwood in days instead of months and hold moisture content far more evenly than a conventional chamber. Sized to your throughput, not to a standard chamber list.

    • Vacuum wood dryers across the full chamber range
    • Loading systems and moisture control
  5. 05
    Automatic finger-joint press line

    Jointing & gluing

Turning short and low-grade stock into full-length panels. This is where offcut waste stops being a cost and starts being material.

    • Finger-joint shapers and presses
    • PUR glue applicators and glue spreaders
    • Veneer splicing and clipping machines
  6. 06
    Hydraulic briquetting press

    Briquette & pellet lines

The other end of the waste question: sawdust and shavings pressed into fuel you can sell or burn yourself.

    • Briquette presses
    • Pellet mills
    • Feed, drying and bagging equipment

Complete lines

Or the whole process, laid out.

Curved plywood

Veneer preparation, splicing, high-frequency bending and sanding, sized for furniture components or seat shells.

Finger-joint panels

Cross-cut, finger-jointing, glue application, pressing and calibration — short stock in, full-length panel out.

Glulam & CLT

Mass timber construction elements: grading, planing, glue spreading, pressing and finishing to structural tolerance.

Nothing here is a fixed catalogue. Send the drawing, the species, the throughput and the power you have available — we quote the machine or the line that matches it.
